Image Converter

JPEG, PNG, WebP, and GIF frames.

Loading tool

This tool runs in your browser. Nothing is uploaded.

Change a PNG screenshot into JPEG for email, or WebP for a lighter page. Conversion is a local re-encode.

How to use this tool

  1. Choose a file on this device. Pick an image from your computer or phone. The file stays in this browser tab.
  2. Set size or quality. Use the sliders and format controls. A preview is shown when the tool can make one.
  3. Download the new file. Save the result. The original on disk is not overwritten.

Format notes

JPEG cannot keep transparency; transparent pixels become a matte color. Animated GIF exports the first frame unless you keep GIF. WebP supports both lossy and lossless.

Privacy

Files never leave the device. The converter does not call a remote encoder.
