The device clock is the source. If your system time is wrong, every city will be wrong by the same error.

Yes. The first row is treated as home for offset labels.
Why is the offset not a whole hour?
Some zones use 30 or 45 minute offsets.
Does it show holidays?
No. Times only.
Can I search by airport code?
Search uses city and zone names, not flight data.
