Constraints
There is no 'keep these two apart' rule. Reshuffle if a grouping does not work socially.

Can I fix team captains first?
Remove captains from the list, shuffle the rest, then add one captain per team yourself.
What if the count does not divide evenly?
Some teams get one extra person.
Can I export the groups?
Copy as text or as a simple CSV of name,team.
Is the shuffle seeded?
No. Each click is a new draw.
Will it balance skill?
No. It only randomizes names.
